In our course “School of Emotions: The Emotion of Uncertainty,” we gently guide children aged 5 to 7 to better understand and manage their feelings. Uncertainty is a natural emotion that many children experience in new or challenging situations, whether at school, at home, or with friends.
Through creative games, movement activities, role play, and art projects, children learn to recognize their insecurities, express them in words, and handle them in a positive way. They discover their strengths, build self-confidence, and understand that making mistakes is part of learning.
In a safe and caring environment, we support emotional awareness, empathy, and social skills. Our goal is to help children trust themselves, try new things with courage, and communicate their feelings openly.
This course helps children develop inner confidence and approach life with greater calm and joy.
